"I moved to Beiarn because of the ski touring opportunities that are always present here. -Forest driving in birch forest with 5-10 meters between large birch trees and pine and slope of 25 to 45 degrees depending on where you choose to walk. If you go over the forest line, large wide flanks open up that scream for ski tracks. There is always something safe to do in Beiarn even if the avalanche risk is significant or great."

LIVE LIKE A LOCAL
The house in Beiarn is rented out in connection with courses or guiding, and for
groups who want to go ski touring in Beiarn.
There is a bedroom with 3 beds. A bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the kitchen, and a short (170cm) bed in the living room. There is also a bouldering room with plenty of floor space for those who are not so picky and have a lying underlay.
Otherwise, there is a lovely living room with wood burning in it and perhaps the world's coziest stove. Fully functioning kitchen with gas heating and stove, cutlery and everything else modern man may need such as glasses, plates and such.
Bathroom with hot water and shower, washing machine and dryer. There is good drying in the room by the heat pump and there are two sets of shoe dryers in the hallway. Randonee skis can be slid and stand in the outer aisle.
Price NOK 300 per bed per night.
