Avalanche Courses
Learn the basics to be able to plan and carry out your own ski touring trips. We will spend two days outdoors, focusing on terrain selection, avalanche forecasts, snow knowledge, companion rescue, and group dynamics.
This course lasts 2 days and requires no prior knowledge other than the competence to safely travel both uphill and downhill on skis. The goal of this course is to give you a thorough introduction to what traveling in or near avalanche terrain entails.
